The Indiana Youth Soccer Administrator of the Year award was presented to Francis at the 2010 Indiana Youth Soccer Annual awards dinner.  The recipient of this award gives an extraordinary amount of time and energy to the game of soccer.  The recipient should be a positive role model for other volunteers.  This administrator may assist a team, a club, league or the state organization.

Francis Disori is President of the Elkhart Flames Soccer Club and the Elkhart Community Soccer Association.  He serves as the Indiana Youth Soccer District 3 Commissioner and is an executive board member of Elkhart County United Soccer.  Under Francis' leadership, the Elkhart Flames have seen player registration double between 2008 and 2009; facilities improvements have been made to the NIBCO Soccer Complex and outreach efforts to inner city youth soccer programs have expanded.  Francis was instrumental in helping Elkhart Flames establish a scholarship program to financially assist several players, allowing them to continue playing soccer.  His dynamic leadership, vision and commitment to youth soccer has provided a positive boost to the Elkhart area soccer community.
